2006 Buy FRESH Eat Local Week
This fun event is sponsored by retailers and restaurants all over
Kicking off with the seventh annual Harvest Dinner on September 10, Eat Local Week will include cooking classes, samples and food demonstrations at retailers, Downtown Carrot Day, mouthwatering all-local menus at restaurants, Eat Local potlucks, and the Eat Local Pledge. By taking the pledge, participants can challenge themselves to eat deliciously and support local food producers at the same time.
